2015 Dayton Junior Council on World Affairs Annual Youth Forum

In December of 2016 I gave a presentation to students across the Dayton area about the Syrian refugee crisis at the Dayton Junior Council on World Affairs (JCOWA). This event seeks to provide students with an opportunity to hear from experts on a given topic, learn about some possible ways to address those issues, and a forum to debate them with their peers across the Dayton region. I presented on this topic as a longtime JCOWA advisor and sought to provide students with a balanced look at the pros and cons and international/legal context of the debate over whether to allow Syrian refugees to enter the country.

You can view the presentation on Google Slides here.
