DRSS Strategic Plan

 

 

In 2015/2016 I served on the Dayton Regional STEM School (DRSS) Strategic Planning and Coordinating Committee, which consisted of myself, Robin Fisher (Superintendent), Hope Strickland (Principal), and Sara Collins (Director of Development). As part of this process I helped guide, author, and design the three-year strategic plan from its planning stages through its creation to board approval and implementation. This process was a collaborative effort involving multiple stakeholders, and the project continues to guide the school today. Current progress towards the fulfillment of the plan can be found on the page devoted to the plan on the school's website, which I also created.
